" Red onions, goat cheese and cream star in this dandy tart. The onions are left whole, drizzled with olive oil and baked. Then they 're arranged in a prepared tart pan, doused with a thick egg and cream custard, and finished with slices of goat cheese. The tart is then baked and served warm or at room temperature."
